Booking and cancellation policy
Please note all appointments require a card to be placed on file in order to reserve your service. We understand life can get hectic, so please note you are able to reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours notice. All rescheduling and cancellations need to be made online through your patient portal. Should you need to cancel/reschedule within that 48 hours, you will be charged a $50 fee per service booked. All no call no shows will be charged 50% of the cost of each service booked. Please understand this is to protect our business, providers time, and allows us to manage our time with you. We respect our customers time and want you to easily find convenient appointments available. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Hyaluronidase Policy
At our med spa, we offer one complimentary vial of Hylenex per year to clients who have received filler treatments in this area at our facility. Any additional vials or dissolving within a 365-day period will be charged at $150 per vial. Thank you in advance for your understanding. These vials are a significant cost to us, and we have implemented this policy to ensure the continued success of our business. We offer the complimentary vial because we genuinely care about our clients and are dedicated to helping you feel confident and love your results.
